Honestly, I don’t have many negative things to say about this program. Though I do wish it explained things in a little bit more detail as some of the information inside the covers is a little general – But the level is adequate for what the program achieves. It is not really a stand-alone dieting, weight loss or fitness program either. But definitely will help you form the habits needed to easily transition over to a lifestyle overhaul. It gets the ball rolling and keeps it rolling – so to speak.

Some of you may have a problem with the fact that it’s only in eBook form, but I personally see it as a good thing. You can easily access any part of the program on any device!


The program does exactly what it is meant to – provides the key habits and health advice that you need in order to be successful with your lifestyle change. Plus also enhances any health regimen you may already be doing by providing solid foundation.

Thanks so much for sharing this program. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks so far which isnt that long but it’s something. It took a while to adjust but im getting there. following the check list every day is keeping me on track and i find that the tasks are becoming easier the longer i do it. Exercise isnt as much as a chore as it was before haha (that totally just rhymed) I’ll update you again after a month or so 🙂
