Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Packages can be delivered worldwide at the same cost per item (currently $6.99 USD)

How long does delivery take?

Delivery to the USA takes approximately 7-14 days, with delays in the holiday seasons as usual.

If you live outside of the United States, please note that it can take up to 4 weeks or more to receive your order. Though this is entirely dependent on your location. Canada & places nearby the USA will receive packages quicker than other countries.

As the shop has only just launched, accurate estimations for all countries are not yet available. Approximations and guidelines will be updated once there is a better idea of delivery ranges.

Can I track my order?

Yes! To request your tracking information, either email us ( or use the chat feature on any page of our website.

Do you accept my currency?

As we process payments through Paypal and Stripe, any currency can be used to purchase from our store!

Though please note that if your main currency isn’t USD, your bank may charge a small currency conversion fee – this rarely happens though and is not something we can control.

Can you customize designs?

Yes! We can create custom wording, charms, styles and colors – so its a great way to put your own brand name or sports team on some jewelry! Simply type your custom request in the notes when you’re ordering and the bracelets will be designed specially for you – at no extra cost.

Can I order in bulk?

Of course! I If you want to purchase these bracelets for events, fundraisers or reselling etc and need them in bulk, please get in contact.

Currently we only sell our handmade bracelets this way – orders of 20+ are considered to be bulk.

Any discount for bulk orders?

Most likely! Shipping multiple items in one go really cuts down our costs and therefore allows us to offer items cheaper. To calculate specific costs, you will have to email for a quote.

Do you accept refunds?

Yes of course. Refunds can be issued within 30 days of placing an order. Just send an email to or use the contact form on the website.

What happens if I don't receive my item?

Oops! Shipping mix-ups and delays can sometimes happen. If you get in contact with us we will look into what went wrong!
Once an investigation is undergone we are happy to re-ship any orders that either did not show up or are taking too long to arrive.

Do I need to return items to get a refund?

If you are really unhappy with your item(s) and it is within 30 days of placing your order, we can either give you store credit or partially refund the payment price.

Full refunds will require returning to our warehouse at your expense.
