Full review of “Unlock Your Hip Flexors”
It’s no secret that we’d all like to be more flexible, lose some weight and feel stronger. But if you are suffering from joint and back pain, bad posture or have problems with your workouts, the above can be a struggle to achieve. In this post I will be reviewing the “Unlock Your Hip Flexors” system, which was recently released by Rick Kaselj and Mike Westerdal in an effort to help others rid themselves of such problems – all of which are associated with having tight hip flexors. Their program boasts the following claim:
“The Key to Eliminating Joint & Back Pain, Anxiety and Looking Fat…
….All While Permanently Boosting Your Energy Levels, Immune System, Sexual Function, Strength & Athletic Performance In as Little as 15-Minutes… “
All of that sounds great to me, but are these claims true? Is this program worth your time and hard earned money? Well, I guess you’ll just have to read on in order to find out!
Pros of the Unlock Your Hip Flexors program
Firstly, the program is definitely easy to follow, simple and rather inexpensive (especially when it comes to your health- you can’t put a price on that!). A lot of products make false promises and try to solve too many problems at once, leaving the guide to be filled with lots of fluff or unneeded steps. But not Unlock Your Hip Flexors.
The program simply solves one problem, your hip flexors. The rest of the benefits roll in as a result of correcting that one thing; somewhat of a domino effect. Both the manual and the video make a lot of sense and everything is set out nicely for you; plus not to mention the fact that Rick is a terrific teacher. You also won’t have to suffer through an hour long workout or be spending entire days on end busting your ass in order to get results – as little as 15 minutes a day is all it takes. Though you’ll have to keep it consistent by making a habit out of it, otherwise the benefits will eventually fade (you might want to read: my article on how to create long lasting habits)
Unlock Your Hip Flexors does actually what it says it does and nothing else – or rather “does exactly what it says on the tin” – if you get the reference. It’s straight to the point and I definitely respect that. You’ll learn exactly how to target these hard to reach muscles (your hip flexors) and make them perform they should so that you feel 100%.
While watching the videos, it felt like Rick was there in the room guiding me though the exercises. And guess what? I didn’t have to pay a personal trainer to show me what to do, how to do it or explain the content like I were five years old – it’s all included right there in the videos. (which, mind you, can be accessed from anywhere, whenever you want; unlike a costly personal trainer). And I even had 60 days to get a full refund if the program didn’t do anything for me. Obviously though, in my particular case I’ve chosen to hold onto it as it’s really made a noticeable improvement in many aspects of my life.
Cons of the Program
However, just like any other product there are a few things about Unlock Your Hip Flexors that are not perfect. Nothing major that would have kept me from trying it though, had I of known. The book full of information can come off as a bit complicated and confusing at first glance, which could turn a few people off – but I promise that Rick makes it super easy to understand and once you get started, it’ll all make perfect sense.
The only other thing I found a little annoying was the fact that this product is only offered in digital form, meaning you cannot get a physical hard copy shipped to you (as of yet). Though really, it does actually mean less clutter around your house. Could be a pro, depending on how you think of it. Once you buy the program you’ll get instant access to the manual, videos and bonuses. Therefore you won’t have to wait around for a package to arrive to your doorstep before you can start working on your hip flexors.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this program to be quiet effective on both improving my posture and reducing back pain – considering that I have mild scoliosis. It has also helped improve my lifting and exercise technique; my form is better now that my hip flexors are stronger and more flexible.
I don’t use the program every single day now (as after a while it’s not needed so often), but if my hip flexors start acting up again, I simply whip out the video and see improvements almost immediately after finishing!
All in all though, this is only the opinion of one person (myself). You’ll have to read through the products official website (and try it first) in order to decide whether or not it’s beneficial to you. Everyone is different!
